Criteria for nominating a staff employee of the month.
Staff members may be nominated for this award for their exemplary achievements or efforts in one or more of the following areas:
Eligibility
Any full-time RWC worker who has been employed for at least six months.
Employees may be nominated one or more times and are eligible to receive the award more than once, as long as at least 12 months have passed since their previous award.

Awards will be presented first week of each month.
Nominees will be judged on a point system. Any employee can nominate a co-worker simply by filling out and submitting a nomination form. You can pickup a nomination form on the Safety board, download one off the website, or complete the form online.
You can submit your nomination in several different ways:
Nominators should keep in mind the judging criteria and write the nomination accordingly. When asked why a co-worker is deserving of the award, elaborate on your response; give specific examples; using your descriptions, draw a picture for the judges of the perfect RWC employee. Attempt to reveal in words how your co-worker one or more of the criteria.
Once a month, the GEM Award Selection Committee will review all the nomination submissions. Each nomination will be graded according to determine the nominee’s overall score. The highest scoring nominee will be considered for the award. The nominee’s that are not selected will be notified in writing.
Once the selection has been finalized, the winner will be notified, presenting the winner with a certificate signed by President, a choice of gift certificate, and a celebration at the winner’s job site.
