James at Harbor
The James at Harbor in Victoria, BC, is a development with219 modern rental homes 13-storey high. RWC completed the steel stud, gypsum, spray insulation and acoustic ceilings.
As a community within itself, this project also had a broad range of amenities, including an cindoor pool, great room, fitness facility, bike storage, workspaces, games and media rooms.

This renovation was on the 17th floor of 745 Thurlow,, which included acoustical ceilings, steel stud, and gypsum.
